Following return policy is only applicable when order is placed through www.aivaproducts.com, and not applicable on business accounts.

Aiva Products charges 15% restocking fees and does not provide the shipping label for the returned item. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, and Aiva Products will credit back the product item cost once the product(s) is received back.

To return the product(s), please follow below instructions:

1. Write an email to info@aivaproducts.com with your order number, product name, and a reason for returning the product, and we will email you the return authorization approval.
2. Please ship the product(s) with the shipping company you prefer to use at the following address, and email us the tracking information:
